TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Fees should be prepaid and Renewal of Subscriptions before Due date.
2.No refund will be given at any circumstances.
( Exemption: Security Deposits )
3. Seats booked for an aspirant will not be transferred to another Student*.
4. Renewal for the next month should be done on the last date of the validity period. (*Max 2 days Gestation is allowed or Your Seats will be Transferred)
5. The batches are all fixed and no change in batch hours will be permitted. Strictly follow your batch timings.
6. The management has the right to Discontinue any student who misuses the study hall, who spoils the study ambience and those who are disturbing the studies of another person.
7. Get a receipt for money paid. Keep the receipt safely for all future references.
8. Vihara Study Hall has every right to Deny seats or Disallow your Renewal/Subscription.
9. The timings of Air Conditioning will be strictly at the discretion of the Management.
10. The membership fee, registration charges and/ or Security Deposit amount is subject to any kind of alteration by the Management from time to time.
11. Membership is not transferable.

1. Maintain absolute silence – Keep your Mobile in silent mode.
2. Bring ID card every day and produce it on demand by the staff.
3. Use the discussion space for discussions.
4. Use the dining space for eating foods and snacks.
Dont's
1. Don’t use mobile phones inside the study rooms and Apartments parking Lot.
2. Don’t place the books on the study table. Use bookshelves and cupboards.
3. The management is not responsible for the loss of any of your belonging. Please take care of your Belongings.
4. Don’t block the seats by Placing your materials.
5. Don’t walk in and walk out Often. Avoid using phones inside vihara premises.
6. Don’t use management resources such as Computer, printers, internet connection, Coffee machines, Restrooms, Parking space and others.
Additional Instructions
1. Please Sign in and sign out the register on a daily basis.
2. Kindly use the seat which is allocated for you
3. Please Keep calm and Secure your Goals.
4. Please keep the study hall neat and tidy.
5.Kindly PARK your vehicles outside the premises.
6. Always Keep your devices in silent mode.
7. Don't speak on your phone inside the study hall.
8. Please use the balcony for making calls and Discussion.
9. Use the cupboard available to keep your books.
10. Use DUSTBIN for Garbage and Waste.
11.you shouldn’t discuss inside the Reading Hall.
12. Having food inside the cubicle is not allowed.
13. You shouldn’t open the windows after 6 pm.
14. Make sure all windows are closed before switching on the A.C.
15. Turn off unnecessary lights, fans and A.C.
16. Use water efficiently and Save water.
17. The Management holds no responsibility for any belongings of the members; the members are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings. No personal belongings (books, Bags/sacks etc.) are allowed to be left/stacked in the study room. A fine of Rs.100/- will be levied each time such an act is committed by any member.
18. A fine of Rs.100/- will be charged to any member found not maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the premises.
19. The Management holds all the rights of altering/ modifying these terms and condition with or without any prior notice.
20. In case of any dispute, the management’s decision will be treated as final.
Every member must follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
